Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.)/F.T.C.-II, Gautam Budh Nagar to expedite the trial proceedings of Complaint Case No. 2703 of 2020 (Damini Shishodia Vs. Saurabh Kumar and Others), under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Dadri, District- Gautam Budh Nagar within time stipulated by this Court.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid case is pending and thus a suitable direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time.

No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to the Court below to decide the trial in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of the production of a certified copy of this order.
