Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the impugned charge sheet dated 08.05.2008 in Case Crime No.70 of 2008, under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 201 I.P.C.and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Madhogarh, District- Jalaun with a further prayer to stay the further proceedings of the aforesaid case crime.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicants submitted that he does not want to press the main prayer and his sole prayer is that grievance of the applicants will be sufficiently met in case the applicants approach before the court below and apply for bail within two weeks from today and the same may be decided by the court below in accordance with law.

Considering the submission advance by learned counsel for the applicants, the present application stands dismissed with a direction to the applicants to approach before the court below and apply for bail within two weeks from today and the same may be decided by the court below in accordance with law.

Till the aforesaid period, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants pursuant to aforesaid case crime.
