At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant submits that on account of inherent mistakes in this application which cannot be cured by filing a supplementary affidavit or an amendment application, the applicant be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh.
Prayer made by learned counsel for applicant is not opposed by the learned AGA.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
