This Court vide order dated 13.02.2021 referred the matter before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court Allahabad. As per report of Mediation and Conciliation Centre dated 28.11.2021 the mediation proceeding was completed but there is no agreement between the parties. The report of Mediation and Conciliation Centre reflects that the applicant was never turned up before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre and opposite party was only appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
The matter was referred on the assurance of applicant that there is a chance of amicable settlement outside the Court but since the applicant never appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the mediation proceedings were completed without any agreement between the parties.
Today again, no one is present on behalf of applicants to press this application.
In view of the above, this Court finds that applicants have lost interest to pursue the application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
