Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the record.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 14 Jaunpur to decide the proceeding of Case No. 306 of 2019 (Kamla Prasad vs. Baliram) under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, P.S. Kerakat, District Jaunpur.

The only prayer sought is to give direction to the court below to decide the case within stipulated period, which is pending since the year 2019.

However, it is expected from the learned court concerned to gear up the matter and make all necessary endeavour to conclude and decided the matter by the end of this year without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties strictly in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment.

It is also expected from the applicant that he would render all possible co-operation in early conclusion of the proceedings of the case.

With the aforesaid directions, this 482 Cr.P.C. application is finally disposed off.
