Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the record.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondent no. 2 to delete the name of applicant from the Register No. 08 related to the N.C.R. No. 34 of 2013 (Samtullah vs. Abdul Wajid and others) under Sections 323, 504 IPC, P.S. Parsamalik, District Maharajganj pending before the respondent no. 2 and 3.

Contention raised by learned counsel for the applicant is that instant NCR was registered in the year 2013 and since then, no action has been taken in the said NCR. Lately the name of the applicant has been figured up in Register No. 8 relating to the NCR No. 34 of 2013. Applicant wants to go abroad for which he require a passport but for this impediment which is pending in the shape of NCR 34 of 2013.

The Superintendent of Police, Mau is hereby directed to look into the matter and decide the fate and future of NCR No. 34 of 2013 within next four weeks from today by passing reasoned and speaking order, as the said matter is pending since 2013.

With the aforesaid directions, this 482 Cr.P.C. application is finally disposed off.
