Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

This application U/s 482 has been preferred by the applicant with a direction to direct the court below to decide application for interim maintenance dated 04.11.2020 filed by the applicant as well as the Maintenance Petition No.1155 of 2020 (Smt. Arti vs. Abhishek), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police StationChakeri, District-Kanpur Nagar, pending before the court of Principal Judge Family Court, Kanpur Nagar.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the concerned Court below is directed to decide the application for interim maintenance dated 04.11.2020 filed by the applicant, in accordance with law, within a period of 15 days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order as well as decide the aforesaid case (Maintenance Petition No.1155 of 2020, u/s 125 Cr.P.C.) in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.

With the above observations, the present application stands disposed of .
