This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant seeking direction to the court below to decide the Complaint Case No.503 of 2017, (Manik Singh Chauhan v. Braj Mohan Singh Bhadauria and others), under Section 138 of N.I. Act, Police Station-Sikandera, District-Agra, pending before Additional Court No.1, Agra, within stipulated period.
Considering the fact that the aforesaid case is pending since 2017. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case, as per provisions of Section 143 of N.I. Act, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
