Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the instant matter after investigation a closure report has been submitted in favour of the applicant, which is pending before the trial Court and thus, the instant application may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty that if, required, the applicant would file a fresh application under Section 482 Cr. P. C.
In view of the aforesaid, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
