1. Heard Sri V.P. Srivastava, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri Indra Bhan Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

1. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 24 of 2023, under Sections 376-D, 342, 120-B IPC, P. S.Mirzapur, District-Saharanpur, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail.

1. As per prosecution version, the informant has lodged the FIR of this case on 09.02.2023 against the applicant and co-accused Javed, Mohd. Ali and Saif, alleging that eight months prior, she has gone to Glocal University, Saharanpur from Delhi in search of job, where she met with co-accused Saif and he assured her to provide a job in the said University and she was stayed by him in a room of the said university. Thereafter, on the next day, one boy along with applicant Wazid came there and applicant Wazid committed rape upon her. Later on co-accused Mohd. Ali and Javed also committed rape upon her.
