Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to carry out necessary correction in the memo of application during the course of the day and name of of opposite party no.2 should be Colonel Naveen Ahlawat in place of Naveen Ahlawat.
Aggrieved by the order of framing of charge, this 482 Cr.P.C. application is being filed.
From the order sheet, it is clear that at no point of time, applicant has moved any application on agitating the framing of charge.
If so advised, an application under section 216 Cr.P.C. would be moved before the concerned trial Judge by the applicant and the learned trial Judge shall decide the said application by a well reasoned order within next fortnight.
With the aforesaid observations, the present application stands disposed of.
