I have perused the impugned order dated 22.11.2022 whereby application moved by the private counsel on behalf of informant No. 91-B, under section 311 Cr.P.C. was rejected.
After arguing some time learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application.
In view of the above, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with no liberty to file a fresh.
