An affidavit of compliance has been filed on behalf of Dr. R.N. Singh, Nodal Officer, Registration (Hospital & Clinic), Mau in compliance with the order dated 22.05.2023. It is stated that the premises earlier seized belonging to the applicant have been directed to be opened. A copy of the letter dated 24.05.2023 addressed to the applicant by the Nodal Officer is annexed as Annexure No. CA-2. There is a copy of an order dated 24.05.2023 to the same effect from the Chief Medical Officer, Mau addressed to the Nodal Officer.

It is said by Mr. S.S. Tiwari, learned AGA that the applicant's premises have physically been de-sealed and handed over to him.
Ms. Vijaya Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant states that possession of the premises has been delivered to the applicant that had been sealed.
