The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sant Kabir Nagar and District and Sessions Judge, Sant Kabir Nagar to decide the bail application of the applicants in case he moves a bail application in Case No. 2207 of 2015 (State Vs. Ishtiyak @ Nanhu and Others), arising out Crime No. 319 of 2015, under Sections 3/5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Animals Cruelty Act, 1960, Police Station Dudhara, District Sant Kabir Nagar.

Having heard learned counsel for parties, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the trial court within ten days' from today and apply for regular bail. It is further directed that in case the applicants surrender within the aforesaid period and apply for bail, their bail application shall be considered in accordance with law.

The party shall file self attested computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad and the concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
