Despite the case listed peremptorily, counsel for the revisionist has sought adjournment, however, request for adjournment cannot be accommodated.

This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C. has been filed against the order dated 24.02.2021 and 09.03.2021 passed by Special Judge, Anti Corruption, CBI Ghaziabad in Special Case No. 02 of 2015 arising out Case Crime No. RC1202013A0008 dated 19.06.2013, under Section 120-B r/w 420, 471 IPC, 13(2) r/w 13(1)(d) PC Act, 1988, Police Station CBI ACB Ghaziabad, whereby the discharge application of the revision has been rejected and framed the charges against him.
I have gone through the impugned order and find that trial court has not committed any error, either of jurisdiction or of law, which warrants this Court to interfere with the finding recorded in the impugned orders.
In view thereof, I do not find any merit and substance in this revision, which is, thus, dismissed .
