After some argument, learned counsel for the applicant has made a statement at the Bar that he does not want to press this application and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to approach appropriate forum at appropriate stage.
In view of the above statement, the application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
