Sri Anil Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners states that due to wrong advice the present petition has been filed before this Court and the petitioners do not want to press this petition and it may be dismissed as not pressed.
In view of the statement of learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioners to avail the appropriate remedy before the approppriate forum.
