Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the typographical error that have crept in, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh.
Sri Avadhesh Singh, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.
This petition is, accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition within ten days from today enclosing proper documents and after serving a copy of this petition on Sri Avadhesh Singh.
Certified copies of the documents on record shall be returned to the petitioner as per rules after retaining photocopies thereof.
