Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
This petition has been filed seeking the following relief:
"I. Set aside the impugned order dated 8.8.2022, 8.2.2023 and 13.2.2023 passed by the Civil Judge ( J.D.) Court No. 29, Azamgarh in Execution Case No. 32 of 2002 arising out of Misc. Case No. 303 of 1989 in O.s. No. 293 of 1981 (Jagdev (deceased) & others Vs. Jairam and othrs) as well as restore the possession of own share as per objection dated 19.8.1995 as well as trial court order dated 13.1.1983."
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners would pursue their remedy before the executing court and, therefore, he seeks leave of the Court to withdraw this petition.
This petition is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn.
