Sri Virendra Singh Patel, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition is filed by the petitioner for releasing vehicle- motorcycle in his favour, which is lying in the custody of SHO, Tahrauli, District Jhansi. However, the said vehicle has been released by the order of District Magistrate, Jhansi during the pendency of this writ petition thus, the present writ petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed.
The writ petition is dismissed having become infructuous accordingly.
