Anis Ahmad and another) as well as order dated 8.6.2010 passed by Civil Judge Junior Division, Ghazipur on respondent 6C Application in Original Suit No. 520 of 2009 (Anis Ahmad and another Vs. Asmat Jahan and another) of plaintiffs/respondents affirmed the earlier order dated 8.6.2010 passed by Civil Judge Junior Division, Ghazipur (Annexure No. 1 and 2 to this petition).
(ii) Issue direction to direct the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful enjoyment of his house no. 84A."
