This petition has been filed seeking the following relief:
"(i). Issue a order or direction with the nature of setting aside impugned order dated 16.11.2022 passed by Upper District and Session Judge Court No. 1 Mau in Revision No. 13 of 2021 (Bhikhari Chauhan Versus Smt. Geeta Devi) and order dated 05.03.2021 passed by Upper Civil Judge (J.D.) Court No. 2 Mau, in Original Suit No. 307 of 2015 (Smt. Geeta Devi versus Bhikhari Chauhan),
(ii). Issue a order of direction with nature of direction to the learned Court below to reconsidered the application of 80C-2 of defendant- petitioner and then passed the fresh and appropriate order."
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh after enclosing necessary documents including the relevant order-sheet that would evince the proceedings of 15.10.2018. This date is referred in application 80-C2.
This petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh within a period of 10 days from today.
