Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset seeks leave of the Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a better petition enclosing therewith copies of the applications that were considered by the trial court while passing order dated 18.4.2023.
Learned counsel shall specify which of the two orders passed on 18.4.2023 is being sought to be challenged by him, both in the relief clause as well as in the body of the petition.
This petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file a fresh petition within a period of ten days from today.
