the trial court has directed that the written statement be filed. It is contended by the learned counsel that a written statement was filed way back in 2006 and, it is stated that the amendment was allowed by the order of the Court dated 14.9.2019 as is reflected from the photocopy of the plaint that has been enclosed as annexure no.1 to this petition.
