Heard Sri Arvind Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the appellants, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.

The instant appeal has been filed for quash/set-aside the entire criminal proceeding initiated in pursuance of the impugned summoning order dated 19.3.2021 passed by learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Sitapur in Complaint Case No.188/2018 (Smt. Shivkumari Versus Dharmendra & Others) under sections 376-D, 392, 323, 504, 506 IPC & section 3 (1)(12) SC/ST Act, Police Station Pisawan, District Sitapur, and to stay the further proceeding initiated in pursuance of the impugned summoning order dated 19.3.2021 passed by learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Sitapur in Complaint Case No.188/2018 (Smt.Shivkumari Versus Dharmendra & Others) under sections 376- D, 392, 323, 504, 506 IPC & section 3 (1)(12) SC/ST Act, Police Station Pisawan, District Sitapur.

After argument at length, learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that the interest of justice would be served, if the bail application of the appellants is directed to be considered by the Court concerned. He further submits that the appellants shall surrender before the Court concerned and will file the bail application. He further added that this Court may be pleased to direct the Court concerned to decide the bail application of the appellants within stipulated period of time, as fixed by this Court.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, present application is disposed off with a direction that in case, the appellants surrender before the Court concerned and applies for bail, his bail application shall be considered and decided in accordance with law propunded by the Apex Court, expeditiously as possible.
