The instant petition has purportedly been filed in public interest claiming issuance of a direction for conducting enquiry regarding embezzlement of Public Money by the past and present Gram Pradhan of Gaon Sabha, Japsara, Block Sumerpur, District Unnao.
The petitioner has stated that he is a resident of village Japsara and claims that he is involved in social work of the village, however, besides the aforesaid averment, no other particulars have been disclosed to establish the credentials of the petitioner, no details or evidence of alleged embezzlement has been brought on record.
The writ petition cannot be entertained on vague material in order to conduct a roving enquiry to collect the material.
In view of the aforesaid discussions, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition and it is, accordingly, dismissed .
