On an objection raised by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel and Shri Dilip Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for opposite party no.3 that the petitioner has an alternative and statutory remedy against the impugned order, Shri S.K.Sharma, learned counsel for the petitoner submis that the petitioner does not want to press the petition and the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law, to which there is no objection by the other side.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty as aforesaid.
