Heard, Shri R.K.Shukla, Advocate holding brief of Shri G.K.Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners.
This petition has been filed for a direction for disposal of the Regular Suit No. No.244 of 2022, now Regular Suit No.732 of 2023; Rashid Beg and others Versus Anil Mahendru and others, in which the cross case is said to have also been filed by the petitioner.
Perusal of the order sheet indicates that the written statement has still not been filed, therefore, merely on asking of the petitioner because he wants an early disposal of the Suit which has been filed in the year 2022, no direction can be issued for disposal of the Suit when number of cases are pending.
At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioners to approach at appropriate stage, if required.
Dismissed accordingly as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
