Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and Mr. Alok Saxena, learned counsel for opposite party no.2. In view of orders being passed, notices to opposite parties 1, 3 and 4 stand dispensed with.
Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to Debt Recovery Tribunal for expeditious disposal of Securitization Application No.283 of 2020 filed by opposite parties 3 and 4 under Section 17 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 submits that the case is fixed for final arguments on 31.07.2023.
In view of submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, opposite party no.1, i.e. Debts Recovery Tribunal, Lucknow is directed to decide Securitization Application No.283 of 2020(Mamta Anjanee Singh and another v. Authorised Officer, State Bank of India and another) preferably within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is brought on record of the proceedings in case there is no other legal impediment.
Benefit of this order shall be available to petitioner only in case she cooperates in early disposal of the proceedings.
With aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
