Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Amrendra Pratap Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the opposite party.
Sri Amrendra Pratap Singh, learned Standing Counsel has drawn attention of this Court towards Annexure No.C-1 of the affidavit of compliance whereby the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Panchayati Raj has issued office memo dated 24.05.2023 in compliance of order of the writ Court taking decision in respect of the grievance of the petitioners.
Since the order has been passed by the Competent Authority, therefore, if the petitioners are aggrieved from the aforesaid order dated 24.05.2023, they may file appropriate petition before appropriate court of law for redressal of their grievance, if any, but nothing survives to adjudicate in this contempt petition.
Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.
Notice stands discharged.
