Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amrendra Pratap Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the opposite party.
Sri Amrendra Pratap Singh, learned Standing Counsel has stated that by means of order dated 18.04.2023 passed by the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Hardoi, the representation of the petitioner has been decided in terms of order dated 03.02.2023 passed by this Court in Writ-A No.1047 of 2023, therefore, the order of the writ Court has been complied with. The aforesaid order dated 18.04.2023 has been filed along with affidavit of compliance.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the order dated 18.04.2023 has not been passed properly, therefore, liberty may be given to the petitioner to assail the aforesaid order.
Since the authority concerned has passed the order dated 18.04.2023 in compliance of order of writ Court dated 03.02.203, therefore, nothing remains to survive in this contempt petition.
Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.
The notice stands discharged.
However, it is always open for the petitioner to assail the aforesaid order by filing appropriate petition before appropriate court of law.
