Vide order dated 9.5.2022, this Court has passed the following order:-
"Despite opportunity, neither learned counsel for the petitioners filed any document regarding the age proof of the petitioners through supplementary affidavit nor he is present before the Court.
List this case as fresh after four weeks.
In case, the aforesaid affidavit is not filed till the next date of listing, then the writ petition shall be dismissed."
The record reveals that the petitioners have not filed any supplementary affidavit though further time was granted vide orders dated 2.8.2022 and 23.8.2022.
In view of above, writ petition is dismissed at this stage.
