The instant petition has been filed praying for a mandamus directing the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Deoria to decide the Execution Case No. 28 of 2019 expeditiously.
It is recorded in the order-sheet dated 28.04.2022 that learned counsel for the petitioner admits that quorum of District Forum is not complete.
On matter being taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner states that quorum is now complete.
In case, quorum is complete, we hope and trust that the matter pending before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum is taken up and decided expeditiously.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
