Sri Pankaj Govil learned counsel for the petitioner pressed the withdrawal application dated 28.09.2022 supported with the affidavit of pairokar of petitioner with the contention that the petitioner does not want to pursue the writ petition to challenge the acquisition as she is looking forward to receive compensation.
