The instant writ petition has been filed praying for quashing of the order dated 17.02.2022 whereby the technical bid of the petitioner-company in respect of e-tender has been rejected.
At the outset, counsel for the respondent-corporation has submitted that the tender process has already been completed and the bid of Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Ltd., BECIL, Bhawan C-56, A/17, Sector-62, Noida-201307 has been accepted. It has also been issued a letter of intent on 05.03.2022.
Sri Anoop Trivedi, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner-company submitted that having regard to the above development, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
