The petitioner has challenged clause 8.2 of the supplementary agreement executed between the parties and which has been made basis for rejecting his representation by a speaking order (Annexure-8).
Since the speaking order passed on the representation of the petitioner is not under challenge and, therefore, we decline to enter into the issue and dismiss the petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition challenging the main order alongwith the impugned clause of the agreement, if so advised.
