Heard counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel accepted notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2.
In view of the order proposed to be passed today, notices need not be issued to the private-respondents.
The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter-alia with the prayer to issue a mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the Case No.2619 Report vs. Inal and Case NO.2293 Report vs. Rampati within stipulated period.
Heard counsel for the parties.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, present petition is disposed of finally directing the respondent no. 2 namely Tehsildar, Tehsil-Bansi, District-Siddharth Nagar to consider and decide the aforesaid case strictly in accordance with law expeditiously but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
