The instant petition has been filed for several reliefs, but at the time of making oral submission, Sri D.P. Singh, learned Senior Counsel, appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners are ready to deposit the entire amount as demanded by the respondent Corporation vide letter dated 27.8.2022 on or before 31.12.2022 and prays that the respondent Corporation be directed to execute the title deeds soon after the money is deposited and formalities are completed in this behalf by the petitioners.
Sri Vineet Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Corporation, has no objection to the same.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to deposit the entire amount as demanded by notice dated 27.8.2022 and as soon as the amount is deposited, the respondent Corporation will take further action in the matter in relation to execution of the title deeds in accordance with law.
