The prayer made in the instant petition is for a mandamus directing respondent nos.3 and 4 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 15.10.2022 and 06.12.2022, wherein the grievance made is that the polling booth assigned to the petitioner is at a distance of more than 3 kms. from his place of residence.
Having regard to the nature of the grievance, we leave it open to the petitioner to approach the third respondent for redressal.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
