The instant petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to make payment of balance amount of Rs.12,50,821/- with interest to the petitioner for the work of waste collection from door to door carried by the petitioner in pursuance of a contract awarded to it by Nagar Nigam, Jhansi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after making brief submissions, states that the petitioner will make representation to the Nagar Nigam, Jhansi in respect of its claim and the same may be directed to be decided.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Nagar Nigam, Jhansi has no objection to the said prayer.

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation alongwith true attested copy of the instant order within two weeks from today and in which event, the same shall be decided by the competent authority, Nagar Nigam by means of a speaking order within next six weeks.
