Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent nos.1, 1-A and 5 whereas Sri Sher Bahadur Singh, appears for the respondent no.4.

The only prayer made by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the Additional Commissioner (Administration), Bareilly Division, Bareilly to pass appropriate orders on the application for interim protection filed by the petitioner in Appeal No.910 of 2021, Computer Case No.C202112000000910 (Dinesh Kumar Vs. Jagdish Prasad and another).

It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that though a considerable time has already lapsed but till date no decision has been taken on the same.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law on the next date fixed in the matter after hearing all the parties concerned. If on account of any reason no orders were passed on the aforesaid date, the decision will be taken on the aforesaid application preferably within a period of one month, thereafter.

With the aforesaid observations, present writ petition is disposed of finally.
