After some arguments a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned.
Liberty prayed is granted.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed with liberty as prayed.
This order is passed in the presence of learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 4 and Shri Sudhir Bharti, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 5.
