Grievance of the petitioner is that the Partition Suit being Case No. 108 of 2019, under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the case be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel and the counsel for the Goan Sabha state that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid Case.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case and without calling for counter affidavit, it is being directed that the Case No. 108 of 2019, under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, be decided within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
