The petitioner cannot get the case of some other tenure holder expedited even if the petitioner's case was listed or connected with the case of that tenure holder. The petitioner may make a fresh prayer for expeditious decision of his own cases.
Under such circumstances, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file afresh.
Certified copy of the orders of the Court below may be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner after replacing them with photostat copies.
The writ petition stands dismissed.
