ORDER
The only grievance raised by the petitioner in the writ petition is that the appeal filed by him against cancellation of the mining lease is pending before the appellate authority for the last about one year. An application filed for interim stay has also not been decided. Prayer is made for a direction to the appellate authority to decide the appeal as well as the stay application expeditiously.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and finding the prayer to be innocuous, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 to hear and decide the appeal filed by the petitioner against cancellation of his mining lease within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
