The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, to decide the objection of the petitioner dated 31.8.2022.
The objection has been filed against rapid survey being made by the respondents to ascertain the figure of Other Backward Category population in the Nagar Palika.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent, has placed on record the order of disposal of objections against the rapid survey. A copy of the said order has also been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.
Having regard to the above facts, nothing further survives in the instant petition.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
