The case of the petitioner is that he has submitted a building plan for sanction before Kanpur Development Authority after depositing processing fee in February, 2022, but no order has been passed thereon till date.
Sri A.P. Paul, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Kanpur Development Authority states that in case the petitioner approaches the third respondent with documentary evidence to show that he had filed application alongwith building plan/lay out plan and processing fee, the application will be disposed of expeditiously.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent no.3 alongwith relevant documents and true attested copy of the instant order and in which event, respondent no.3 shall pass appropriate order within eight weeks.
