The grievance of the petitioner is that certain expenses under the head 'Shishtachar Vyay' admissible to her under Government Orders dated 04.03.2014 and 14.05.2003, while she had been the Chairman of Nagar Panchayat Bilram, Kasganj, has not been paid so far despite the approval report of the present Chairman.
The petitioner has already represented in this behalf to the respondent authorities and her representation is stated to be pending. Under the circumstances, we leave it open to the petitioner to pursue her representation.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
