Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel on behalf of respondents no.1 and 2.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the private respondents.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to respondent no.2 to decide the Mutation Case No.RST/2818/2021 as Computer Case No. T202115060602818 (Lalmati and another Vs. Sita Ram) under Section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period.
Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, instructions received from the respondent no.2 dated 14.03.2022 was placed before the Court, same is taken on record.
It is stated in paragraph 5 of the instructions that next date fixed in the matter for hearing is 25.03.2022 and respondent no.2 will decide the matter expeditiously.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the aforesaid matter in accordance with law on the next date fixed in the matter after hearing all the parties concerned. If on account of any reason no orders were passed on the aforesaid date, the decision will be taken on the aforesaid matter preferably within a period of one month, thereafter.
