"A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 the Commissioner Kanpur Division Kanpur to decide the Case No. 1075 of 2022 (Appeal No. 332/2022) Computerize Case No. C202203000001075 (Sanjiv Kumar Vs. State of U.P.) expeditiously with in stipulated period."
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
